These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including guided historical walking tours, art and architecture tours, culinary and wine experiences, private custom tours, group tour planning, museum and gallery visits with expert guides, and language immersion tours. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

1. Services Overview

Itinerari Culturali Italia provides a range of cultural and tourism services designed to deliver immersive experiences across Italy. Our offerings include:

• Group tour planning
• Museum and gallery visits with expert guides

2. Booking and Payments

Booking our services can be done through our online platform or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, as specified for each tour or service. Payment details and schedules will be communicated during the booking process. All prices are quoted in Euros unless otherwise stated.

• Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the required deposit and issuance of a confirmation email from Itinerari Culturali Italia.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in EUR (€).

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of tour or service booked. Specific cancellation terms will be detailed at the time of booking. Generally, refunds for cancellations initiated by the client are subject to the following:

• More than 30 days prior to tour date: Full refund, minus any non-refundable third-party costs (e.g., pre-booked museum tickets).
• 15-30 days prior to tour date: 50% refund, minus any non-refundable third-party costs.
• Less than 15 days prior to tour date: No refund.

Itinerari Culturali Italia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, political unrest, or minimum number of participants not met. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Being punctual for all tours and activities. Late arrival may result in missing parts of or the entire tour without refund.
• Adhering to local laws, customs, and guidelines provided by our guides.
• Notifying Itinerari Culturali Italia of any special requirements, allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility needs at the time of booking.
• Ensuring they have adequate travel insurance to cover personal injury, medical expenses, loss of property, and cancellation/interruption of travel.

5. Limitation of Liability

Itinerari Culturali Italia acts only as an agent for the tour participants in arranging accommodation, transportation, tour guides, and other related services. We assume no liability for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of defect in any vehicle, or through the act or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour.

Our liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service from which the claim arises.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our online platform, including tour descriptions, images, logos, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Itinerari Culturali Italia or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.
